#### Overview

Our Further Mathematics course aims to develop the algebraic and problem-solving skills that are needed by the Mathematicians, Engineers and Scientists of tomorrow. You will further develop your skills in Pure Mathematics and Mechanics and will be introduced to Decision Mathematics.

__Outline of the Course__- Further Pure Maths 1: Proof, Complex Numbers, Matrices, Further Algebra & Functions, Further Calculus, Further Vectors.
- Further Pur Maths 2: Complex Numbers, Further Algebra & Functions, Further Calculus, Polar Co-ordinates, Hyperbolic Functions, Differential Equations.
- Optional Paper 3C: Further Mechanics 1: Momentum & Impulse, Collisions, Centres of Mass, Work & Energy, Elastic Strings & Springs
- Optional Paper 3D: Decision Maths 1: Algorithms & Graph Theory, Algorithms on Graphs II; Critical Path Analysis, Linear Programming.
- Optional Paper 3A: Further Pure Maths 3: Further Calculus, Further Differential Equations, Co-ordinate Systems, Further Vectors, Further Numerical Methods, Inequalities.
- Optional Paper 3B: Further Statistics 1: Linear regression, Discrete Statistical Distributions, Continuous Statistical Distributions, Correlation, Hypothesis Testing, Chi Squared Tests.
- Optional Paper 3C: Further Mechanics 1: Momentum & Impulse, Collisions, Centres of Mass, Work & Energy, Elastic Strings & Springs.
- Optional Paper 3D: Decision Maths 1: Algorithms & Graph Theory, Algorithms on Graphs I, Algorithms on Graphs II, Critical Path Analysis, Linear Programming.
