Overview
Film is a rigorous and academic course designed for 16-19 years olds who are passionate about the world of film.
There are opportunities to explore theory behind film making, looking at the history of film, developing your own ideas before creating an original film production using camera, sound and editing equipment.

How will it be delivered?
You will be assessed solely on the creation of a portfolio of evidence that shows your engagement with a range of films from a range of genres, through written studies, your ability to present to groups of people and via the making of film production work.
Entry requirements
- 5+ GCSEs 9-4, including Grade 4 in English Language or Literature
