What will you be working towards?
||Level 3 Technical Qualification in Floristry
This course has a high practical element and is delivered alongside working in industry. Students are required to work in a retail florist shop for one day per week as part of their study programme. A range of employability skills will be developed whilst on the course including practical skills, communication, floristry specific knowledge and development of ICT skills. Students are able to access a range of additional learning support, based on need and are well supported through the use of virtual learning resources. Students will also get the opportunity to carry out work placement at our commercial florist.
How will it be delivered?
The course is delivered through a range of practical sessions using the floristry facilities and classroom based sessions. Assessment consists of practical assessments, photographic and video evidence logs, workbooks and written assignments.
