Course Details

Computing and IT is one of the ever changing and fastest growing industries in the UK. Our course is an industry recognised, vocational qualification in Computing & IT. Covering a wide range of knowledge and skills in computing, including the principles of computer science, programming using object-oriented based languages, web development, animation and graphic design, and systems analysis and design. The course will provide you with the technical skill and theoretical knowledge to further your career to higher education, apprenticeship or jobs. The course equips you with current IT skill and knowledge and develops communication skills, logical thinking, time management and independent research, along with interpersonal skills such as organisation and communication.

Entry requirements

Our learners are required to have five GCSEs at Grades 9-4, including English and Maths. Or a Level 2 in a relevant subject at Pass plus GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 or above.
