B Business will prepare you for a career in the corporate world. A modern, dynamic and fascinating course which helps you develop your critical understanding of organisations and the markets they serve. You will closely examine the inner workings of a firm and the day-to-day decision making that occurs in a fast-changing business environment.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Paper 1 – Based on a pre-release statement – I hour 30 minutes -25%
Paper 2 – Quantitative focus – 1 hour 45 minutes – 30%
Paper 3 – Social Entrepreneurship focus – 1 hour 15 minutes – 25%
Internal Assessment – Business Research project of up to 1,800 words -20%

GENERIC IB ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 5 GCSE'S 4-9, including English Language
SUBJECT SPECIFIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Grade 5 or above in GCSE English and Maths
