Craft delicious speciality coffees, learn about requirements of the hospitality industry, and gain experience with commercial-grade equipment in our ‘Streetside’ Café located on campus.
Course Details
During this course, you will learn all there is to know about creating speciality coffee drinks, from skilled professionals in the ‘Streetside’ Cafe environment.
Drinks you’ll make include:
- Americano
- Flat White
- Cappuccino
- Mocha
- Latte
You will also use commercial-grade espresso machines to create these drinks, simulating a real-life café environment. Benefits and requirements of proper equipment maintenance will also be explored.
