You must select a minimum AND maximum of 5 subject choices:
Option A - 3 main subject choices* + an enhancement subject choice** + a reserve subject choice***
Option B - 4 main subject choices + a reserve subject choice
*a main subject choice is a full A Level subject e.g Mathematics/Geography/Physics/German etc
** an enhancement subject choice is either EPQ, Maths in Context or Trinity Acting Exams
***a reserve choice can be either a full A Level or another enhancement option

Entry requirements
You must achieve at least a Grade 6 or higher in Maths and an average of a Grade 6 from English Language & English Literature GCSE’s [eg 6/6 or 7/5]. A grade 6 in a science is also recommended with Biology being the most relevant supporting science.

What happens when you have finished?
Psychology is one of the most popular degree courses and, almost every university offers a plethora of psychology degrees from which to choose. It can be studied on its own or combined with other degree courses or it can be studied as a specialism such as Social Psychology or Neuro-Psychology. It can be combined with other social sciences (Sociology, Economics and/or Anthropology) or with the Humanities (Geography, History, Philosophy and/or Religion) or Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics and/or Biology). Psychology is also integrated within many other degrees such as medicine, law, politics, journalism, PPP, PPE and languages. Professional postgraduate degrees can be studied specialising for a career in such as: Occupational, Educational, Forensic, Clinical, Counselling, Sports and Child Psychology.
