This will include a mix of level 2, vocational and academic level 3 courses.

Course Summary

This Health T-Level is a high quality, work focused alternative to A Levels. It will provide you with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to progress into skilled employment, higher level technical training or into higher education in the health sector. You will learn core health and science concepts, build a solid understanding of working in the health environment, develop good clinical practice, learn how to manage information and data, and get to grips with and safety and environmental regulations. You will be assessed by external examination, employer-lead case study assessment, and through practical assessments both in the workplace and in simulated environments.

Entry requirements

For entry onto our T-Level Health programme, students need to achieve the following:

5 Grade 5s at GCSE, including:

• English Language or Literature

• Maths

• Science

• 2 other GCSEs at Grade 5 (or 1 other GCSE at Grade 5 and a Merit in Level 2 Health and Social Care)


Your next steps...

This T-Level course offers students a clear route into roles such as;

Adult Nursing, working to support the care of children and young people, Emergency Care Assistant, Dental Nurse or Palliative Care Assistant.

Additionally, Students can use this T Level to progress to a related higher-level apprenticeship or course of study at university.

We will be working with local health practitioners to ensure first class work experience placements
