Course Details

You will learn the knowledge and skills needed when working with food in healthcare and childcare settings. The course will cover:

  • Food safety requirements in the preparation, serving, clearing away and storage of food
  • Food safety hazards and risks
  • Food safety controls
  • Food hygiene principles
