Flexible. Meaningful. Designed for today’s world of work.
Modern work experience is changing - and that’s good news for employers and young people across Kent and Medway. The traditional two week block placement is evolving into a more flexible, inclusive and impactful model that works for modern businesses and better prepares young people for the future.
The Government’s ambition is that every young person will access at least 10 days of high quality work experience across secondary education. Rather than one fixed placement, this happens as a journey of progressive experiences, building confidence, skills and motivation over time.
The Kent & Medway Careers Hub works with employers to co create modern work experience so it is valuable, manageable and meaningful - whatever time or resources you have available. Work with us to be part of this new era of workplace experiences.
