Level 2 AAT Certificate in Accounting - Part-time

The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting offers a starting point for anyone who would like to pursue a career in accountancy and finance. You will be taught the underpinning knowledge to enable you to progress further in accounting.

The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting units are:

• Introduction to Bookkeeping
• Principles of Bookkeeping Controls
• Principles of Costing
• The Business Environment Synoptic

All units are assessed through online exams, which are set and marked by AAT and students must achieve 70% to pass. You must pass all units in order to gain the qualification. The units and qualifications are graded pass, merit and distinction.

On successful completion, you can seek employment within the accounting or finance industry, or progress to the next level of learning.
