On this course, you’ll develop the practical and creative skills needed to perform nail services to a high standard. You will learn how to provide nail art to a professional level, as well as understand the importance of nail maintenance and key industry practices. Skills developed on this course include: • Nail application • Nail enhancements • Creative nail art • Health and safety in the salon • Client care • Communication You’ll also explore creative looks with many practical activities, learning how to respond to different client requests and develop your own style. Most of your clients will be found in our industry-standard commercial salon. This space gives you genuine experience using professional equipment and products while gaining confidence in a salon environment.

All assessments are designed to showcase your practical skills and to ensure you’re ready for your next steps in the beauty industry. You’ll mainly be assessed with practical observations in our commercial salon, alongside assignments for each unit and exams that check your understanding of professional techniques. Throughout the course, you’ll also build a portfolio of your work, giving you a visual record of your progress and achievements that you can use for future opportunities

After completing this course, you’ll be ready to progress further within the beauty industry.
