Learn culinary skills and techniques from professionals in our industry-standard preparation kitchens. Students learn a range of techniques using professional culinary tools.

The course is taught in a fun and relaxed environment, ready for you to learn to make your favourite dish.

Develop industry specific knowledge and key skills within the professional cooking industry such as:
