Welcome to St Simon Stock Catholic School Sixth Form Application.
We offer a mix of A Level and BTEC qualifications.

About us
St Simon Stock Catholic School is a mixed 11-19 Catholic school in a selective authority, located on a pleasant campus in Maidstone, Kent. We welcome students of all levels of ability and our mission is that all our students, guided by Gospel values, achieve their full potential within the Christian context of service to others. Our primary aim is that all our students are happy, feel safe and support each other. We believe passionately that students who feel happy, secure and cared for will learn well.
We have high expectations of each individual student, and each year students of all abilities make significant progress, attaining the highest standards in their public examinations. Progress at GCSE & Sixth Form have been consistently high across a number of years.

Entry Requirements: - 5 GCSE's Grade 4 and above, including Maths and/or English plus additional subject specific entry requirements.

Transport
The nearest train station is Maidstone West Station, just 1 mile from our location and approximately 20min walk.
Maidstone town centre is served by 3 southeastern train stations; Maidstone West, Maidstone Barracks and Maidstone East, all of which are within walking distance and with stops for local bus services.
Local bus service stops are located on Queen's Road, London Road (A20) and Tonbridge Road (A26), providing routes to and from Maidstone town centre. The bus stops on Tonbridge Road and London Road are approximately a 12-minute walk away, while the bus stop on Queen's Road is approximately 5-minute walk.
Local bus services are run by Arriva, Nu-Venture and Stagecoach, all of whom have a free app for planning journeys and tracking buses.
