Summer Lovegrove - Head of Resourcing, Medway NHS Foundation Trust

I decided to become an Enterprise Adviser as I wanted to make a difference to young people within the Medway community. As part of my role, I feel that I have the opportunity to provide greater insight into the healthcare sector and champion our career pathways at MFT.

I have been paired with Brompton Academy and working with Sharon has been real pleasure, we have been proactively guided along the process by Mel. The working relationships between all three parties is positive and I feel that we can make great strides in support the school in the coming years.

I have joined the network to support the community, but I have managed to join a network of incredibly talent individuals where we can share ideas and look to support the schools within our areas.

Trevel Henry - Director, NVC Awareness Training Consultancy | Co-Founder Worldly Wise CIC

Whilst I am an obvious supporter of empowering people to be their best, I decided to become an Enterprise Adviser so that I could use my knowledge and experience to have a direct impact towards inspiring young people towards success in their future careers.

I am the Enterprise Adviser to the Kent Health Needs Education Service, supporting children with mental health and physical health needs.  We have an excellent engaging relationship exploring new and innovative ways we can introduce their young students with local employers.  As the Co-Founder of Worldly Wise CIC, I am fortunate to work with a network of great people, who are passionate about supporting the development of young people, whom I am able to call upon to inspire and motive young people through presentations, workshops and talks.

I am very fortunate and pleased that I was invited to become an Enterprise Adviser.  A role which I given a great sense of pride in being able to play a part in inspiring young people to realise their potential.
