The Level 3 Diploma in Performing & Production Arts (Acting) is a challenging course focussing on building the relevant skills, knowledge and experience necessary to succeed in the performing arts industry today. This course provides a professional training in a theatre, with state of the art facilities. The Miskin is run by experienced industry professionals who will work with you to produce ground breaking, exciting theatre, and develop your skills and confidence to support you in the craft of acting. The Miskin experience will support you in becoming a well-trained, clear-thinking performer ready to take your first steps into the industry. You will also develop the skills that all employers are looking for, including team work, self-confidence, communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to meet targets. It is provisionally a 2-year programme that consists of the diploma in year 1 and a top up to an extended diploma in year 2. Year 2 is subject to a satisfactory interview.

Minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (must include English and Mathematics grade C/4 or above) or a full Level 2 qualification at Merit.
