The Extended Certificate is for learners who are interested in learning about the business sector range of higher education courses or employment in business.

The extended Certificate is equivalent to 1 A level

Units:

Exploring Business

Developing a Marketing Campaign

Personal and Business Finance

Recruitment and selection

Assessed through coursework 40% and examination 60%

4 units of study (2 coursework and 2 externally assessed).

Entry requirements:

5 x GCSE grades A*-C/ 9-4.

A grade 4 in English language is required
