Application Details: At Hartsdown Academy we run the International Baccalaureate Career-Related Programme https://www.ibo.org/programmes/career-related-programme/ . Prospective students need to choose 1 Vocational Course (BTEC or OCR) and 2 IB Diploma Courses.

Entry Requirements: 5 x Grade 4-9 including Maths & English. A good attendance and behaviour record is also essential.

This course consists of a BTEC in Business with 2 IB Diploma courses, of which Psychology, Maths, History, Geography or IT/Computing are recommended.

This is the equivalent of 3 or 4 A-Levels, depending if the Diploma courses are at Higher or Standard Level.

You will also study the IBCP core which consists of Personal and Professional Skills, Service Learning, Reflective Project and Language Development.
