Overview. Our Level 2 Motor Vehicle Programme is a perfect introduction into one of the largest industries in the country. You will have the opportunity to train in our industry standard workshops and build your skills to prepare for an apprenticeship. What is covered. You will study all aspects of light vehicle maintenance to get you ready for the work place. All areas are covered in depth and include some basic diagnostic techniques. Areas include, chassis systems, electrical systems, drive trains and engines. Assessment method. You will complete an online e-Portfolio and practical tasks throughout the year. There are 3 online examinations and you must complete work experience as part of the course.

Four GCSEs at grade D/3 or above, including English or maths at grade D/3 or above.

On completion of the course, you could move onto an apprenticeship.
