Course Summary

Chemistry is a challenging and rewarding subject that gives you a deep understanding of the structure of materials and the way they interact with each other. Studying chemistry develops your ability to think logically, to solve problems and to analyse data. You will also learn how to plan and conduct complex practical investigations.

Module 6: Organic chemistry and analysis

Periodic table, elements and Physical Chemistry (2h 15m 37%)

Paper 2:

Synthesis and analytical techniques (2h 15m, 37%)

Paper 3:

Unified chemistry (1h 30m) 26%

Plus a practical endorsement based on the 16 core practicals.
