Course Details
Students explore the fundamental principles that explain how our world works—at the atomic level and beyond. These topics blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory skills, equipping students with both scientific understanding and practical experience
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Assessment is via three externally examined papers with Paper 3 being a synoptic paper. In addition, students complete a Practical Endorsement in Chemistry, assessed internally and reported separately. A Level Chemistry is graded A*–E and carries 16 to 56 UCAS points.
