Course Details
Please be aware that all of our Motor Vehicle courses for the North Kent College, Tonbridge campus from September 2022, will be delivered at our Hadlow College campus in our brand new Motor Vehicle workshops. Prepare for a career in the automotive industry as either a technician or associated motor industry employment. You will discover how to meet health and safety requirements in the workshop and learn how to: * Carry out routine vehicle maintenance * Remove and replace units and components relating to engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes and electrical and electronic systems You will be assessed by practical and written tasks and externally set examinations. Supported work experience is arranged with your tutor.

Entry requirements
You will need four GCSEs at Grades D/3 or above, including English and Maths.
We will invite you to attend an interview where you will need to show your interest in the subject and the potential to succeed.
