Course Summary

This is a two year linear course consisting of two exams and a practical assessment in Year 13.

We follow the AQA specification for Physical Education 7582

Course Details

Study is focused heavily upon anatomy and physiology, skill acquisition and the historical and cultural impact of sport. The practical module provides you with the opportunity to undertake a number of roles beyond that of performer. It is essential that you have a genuine passion for participating in sport and a desire to understand the theory that underpins elite performance.
