Course Summary

A Level Psychology is an academic science course. The A Level Psychology course is intended as an introduction to the subject of Psychology as well as giving a sound basis for further study for those who wish to continue the subject. The course is a recognised Science A-Level qualification that will help you develop the skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers across lots of industries are looking for.

Course Details

The course is made up of a range of different topics that cover many different aspects and areas of Psychology, including Social, Cognitive, Developmental and Abnormal Psychology as well as Research Methodology. Further Opportunities Psychology gives you a good understanding of how people think and why they act the way they do, making the subject extremely useful for any career that involves dealing with people.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

The course is assessed via 100% final written examinations.

Entry requirements

5 GCSE grades at 5 or above including English and a 5 in Maths and a Science is also required.
