T Level Website Description Supercharge your career in Business Management and Administration at MidKent: Our T-Level will prepare you for success! T Level in Business is a 2-year course developed in collaboration with employers and businesses to make sure that the course content meets the skills needed for the business industry and it prepares students for employment. The T Level in Business Management and Administration is the ideal choice for students who want to combine classroom learning with hands-on industry experience. Working alongside employers, students become immersed in real business environments, developing essential skills in leadership, communication, finance, human resources, digital technologies, and project management. With a strong focus on employability, this qualification is designed to meet the evolving demands of today's business sector. Our aim is to equip students with the knowledge, experience, and professional skills needed to progress confidently into higher education, apprenticeships, or rewarding careers in business and administration. Taking place over 2 years, the Business T-Level covers a variety of subjects through a mix of practical and written exams: Year 1: Core ? Business and Behaviours, Business Context, Finance, People, Policies and Procedures, Project and Change Management, and Quality and Compliance (2 Written Exams) Employer Set Project ? this assessment is a project made up of several tasks, based on a real-life work-based problem. The assessment is designed to allow our students to show how they can tackle problems using their core knowledge and skills. (Project & Practical Exam) Year 2: Occupational Specialism ? Team Leadership and Management (3 Practical Exams) Industry Placement ? 315hrs throughout the year.

A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths

Future Prospects Our T-Level qualification will unlock a diverse array of career opportunities within finance, business management, HR, Events, Marketing and more. Alternatively, you could continue with further study at University to gain a degree within a Business subject.
