Course Summary

T1 Rugby is a non-contact version of rugby union designed to be safe, inclusive, and accessible to a wider audience. It retains key elements of traditional rugby, such as scrums, lineouts, kicking, and breakdowns, while eliminating the physical contact. This makes it an ideal format for introducing new players, and it can be played by mixed-gender and mixed-ability teams.
