Course Summary
This exciting one year pathway aims to:
- Equip you with English and Maths skills required for Level 3 study, apprenticeships and employability
- Build resilience, team work skills and communication through our enrichment programme
- Boost your digital skills ready for the world of work or further study
- Enable you to develop the skills needed to graduate into The Whitstable School’s Level 3 pathway
- Develop your employability skills with bespoke work experience opportunities and placements
Course Details
- Functional and/or GCSE Maths and English
- Employability skills including Functional Digital Skills, work experience placements and bespoke careers advice and training
- Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award with the option to progress onto Silver and Gold
Entry requirements
- Only students who have not achieved a grade 4 in English Language and Maths GCSE are eligible
- Positive attendance, punctuality and conduct reference will be required
