You should only choose one subject per options block with a maximum of three subjects overall.

Equivalent in size to one A Level. 6 units of which 3 are mandatory. Each unit is internally assessed and externally moderated via a portfolio of evidence.

This qualification is designed to support learners who are interested in learning about the travel and tourism industry alongside other fields of study, with a view to progressing to a wide range of higher education courses, not necessarily in travel and tourism-related subjects.

· Customer service in travel and tourism

· Preparing for a career in travel and tourism

Optional units:

· Travel and tourism destinations

· UK visitor attractions

· Marketing for travel and tourism

Grade 4 grade in GCSE English or GCSE Geography.

· Working in airports

· Working in the train industry

· Sea ports

· Transport industry

· Cruises

· Travel agent

· Hotels

· Pilot

· Tour operator
