Application Limits - You can make up to 5 applications to Colleges within the EKC Group, that is:

*Junior Colleges exist in these locations.

Please only add one course or T Level per application, except for A Levels at EKC Canterbury College, where up to 4 A Level courses can be added per application. At your interview, you and the tutors can discuss the best level and courses in order for you to progress.

Begin your journey into accountancy or finance with this part-time Level 2 course, designed to teach you the basic knowledge and skills needed to start your career.

The purpose of the qualification is to offer grounding in the core accounting knowledge and skills needed to progress either in employment or to a more advanced level of study. Topics include:

• Double-entry Bookkeeping
• Basic Costing
• Understanding of Purchase
• Sales
• General Ledgers

All assessments are set and marked by AAT. Four units are assessed individually in end-of-unit exams, plus one synoptic assessment sat at the end of the course which examines general understanding across all the covered units.

On successful completion, you can seek employment within the accounting or finance industry, or progress to the next level of learning.
