Course Summary

Gain the skills, knowledge and understanding from a range of media specialisms, such as games design, website design, film, TV, radio, sound engineering and more.

Course Details

You will develop your skills and credentials in several key areas, through practical projects which help you build your portfolio and teach you how to use industry standard equipment. Units allow you to look at lots of areas, including:

  • Film Creation
  • Cinematography
  • Audio-making
  • Print skills
  • Digital skills
  • Media production
  • Photography

You will also complete projects relating to Media theory, giving your practical knowledge context as well as showing you your true creativity and innovation.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

Practical and written assignments, group projects and production work, with all units graded by external assessors against unit criteria.

A final major project will determine your final grade for the qualification.
