Develop an understanding of the skills needed when working with people in health and social care environments. During this course, you will learn:
- Equality, diversity and rights in health and social care
- Human growth and development through the life span
- The role and responsibilities of the health and social care practitioner in relation to safeguarding individuals
Throughout the course you are expected to learn how to work within a team, and independently.
