The world of Business is ever changing, and this Level 2 course is designed to help you keep up with it. If you’re thinking about studying Business, you’re likely an enthusiastic problem solver with strong aspirations for your future career. This course gives you the skills, confidence and expert insights to start turning those ambitions into reality. You’ll develop a solid understanding of how businesses operate, communicate and succeed with practical projects, group work and employer led activities. Alongside, you’ll build essential skills in teamwork, leadership and independent working that prepare you for your next steps into the Business sector.

On our Level 2 course, you’ll develop an understanding of the skills needed to manage, communicate and lead within the Business sector. A key part of your studies is the ability to work independently and within a team, meaning you’ll be ready for a range of prospects when you finish College. A series of dynamic topics ensure you’ll leave equipped to deal with the ever-changing Business sector, thanks to group discussions, client briefs and industry experiences. Units on this course include: • Working in Business Teams • Marketing and Promoting Products and Services • Event Management • Personal selling within Business • Customer relations within Business • Online Business You will also work alongside key employers to develop the skills they’re looking for, during work placement opportunities and workshops in College.

The assessments are all designed to test your knowledge of the Business sector and to ensure you’re ready for your next steps. Your final grade will be calculated with a series of unique group projects, coursework across the year, and an exam.

After completing a Level 2 course, previous students often progress onto further study in Business. Your options include our Level 3 and T Level courses, which can take you to university. You can also start a focused apprenticeship, in a range of areas including Business Administration and Human Resources. Entry level roles in the sector are also available for you to kickstart your career.
