The Media industry is one which is growing significantly day after day, and the Level 3 in Creative Media Production will get you started on the path to an exciting career. You will be taught a wide range of specialisms, so that you are prepared for any future role.

Course Details

Learning consists of developing your media skills through practical projects, alongside theory work, to give you a greater understanding of the industry.

Units include:

  • Pre-production Techniques
  • Communication skills for creative media production
  • Research techniques
  • Film and Video editing techniques

Building your portfolio is a key part of the course, and this enables you to progress into the desired subject area that you wish to go into, demonstrating practical skills and actual media products.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

Your portfolio of your work will be graded by external assessors against your unit criteria. There are also specific projects for your units which will be assessed during the course.
