This course is perfect for those wanting to learn advanced skills in diagnosis and repair, ready to gain employment in the automotive industry.

You will gain a broad knowledge and understanding of routine maintenance and repair activities in a workshop environment.

Throughout the course you will cover:

• Health and safety in the workplace
• Basic tool skills and maintenance
• Customer service within the industry
• Repair of vehicle systems
• Hybrid/Engine training rigs
• Vehicle diagnostics

All training and assessment is carried out by automotive industry trained and certified practitioners.

You will learn through practical lessons in the workshops. Assessment will be through practical observations, written work and exams.

On successful completion you will have the option to progress onto a higher level of study or an Apprenticeship. Alternatively, you could seek employment within the industry.
