Please only add one course or T Level per application, except for A Levels at EKC Canterbury College, where up to 4 A Level courses can be added per application. At your interview, you and the tutors can discuss the best level and courses in order for you to progress.

The world of Business is ever changing, and this Level 2 course is designed to help you keep up with it. If you’re thinking about studying Business, you’re likely an enthusiastic problem solver with strong aspirations for your future career, and this course gives you the skills, confidence and expert insights to start turning those ambitions into reality. You’ll develop a solid understanding of how businesses operate, communicate and succeed with practical projects, group work and employer led activities. Alongside, you’ll build essential skills in teamwork, leadership and independent working that prepare you for your next steps into the Business sector.

On our Level 2 course, you’ll develop an understanding of the skills needed to manage, communicate and lead within the Business sector. A key part of your studies is the ability to work independently and within a team, meaning you’ll be ready for a range of prospects when you finish College. A series of dynamic topics ensure you’ll leave equipped to deal with the ever-changing Business sector, thanks to group discussions, client briefs and industry experiences. Units on this course include: • Business Purposes • Business Organisations • Forecasting in Business • Working in Business Teams • Customer Service You will also work alongside key employers to develop the skills they’re looking for, during work placement opportunities and workshops in College.

The assessments are all designed to test your knowledge of the Business sector and to ensure you’re ready for your next steps. Your final grade will be calculated with a series of unique group projects, coursework across the year, and an exam.

This programme is designed to help you move toward a Level 3 qualification, which can lead to advanced jobs or apprenticeships. You can finish with a Level 2 qualification and get a skilled job at the end of the course but progressing to Level 3 will give you more career choices and improve your future earning potential. It also opens doors to further studies, like Higher Education and Higher or Degree Apprenticeships. These can lead you from advanced technician or supervisor roles at Level 3 to management or professional status as you continue studying. To join this programme, you'll need the equivalent of 4 GCSEs at grade 3, ideally including English and maths.

After completing a Level 2 course, previous students often progress onto further study in Business. Your options include our T Level Management and Administration course, which can take you to university. You can also start a focused apprenticeship, in a range of areas including Business Administration and Human Resources. Entry level roles in the sector are also available for you to kickstart your career.
